Returns, Warranties & Service

Pave Tech stands by its products and the Hardscape contractors and installers we supply.  Returns must be made within 30 days of the ship date.  Every Return/Refund is handled on a case-by-case basis. Sometimes our unique tools and equipment require unique solutions.  Please contact Probst Inc. (952-226-6400 or shop_us@pavetech.com) for all returns and get a RMA number prior to returning the product. Please thoroughly inspect all deliveries for damage before signing*. In most cases, the buyer is responsible for return shipping with proper tracking information and insurance. We want you to be fully satisfied with your pavetech.com experience, if you need help with the return process please ask when calling for RMA number.

* If there is obvious damage to the outside packaging note it on the delivery receipt. Contact Pave Tech within 1 business day to report any damage. Claims cannot be filed by Pave Tech if damage is reported after the delivery receipt has been signed for without noting possible damage. If you suspect the merchandise might have concealed damage (ex. the sound of broken glass) mark the delivery receipt accordingly. In the event that the truck driver does not give you the time necessary to inspect your shipment, mark “Driver would not wait for inspection- Possible concealed damage” on your delivery receipt before signing.
