If you use string lines, you need the StringALONG. Pound in your grade stake, slide a StringALONG plastic collar over the stake. The StringALONGs are made durable to last, yet inexpensive enough for all of your crews to have in their truck or trailer.

Set the height of the collar with your tape measure or transit, turn the thumb screw tight against the stake.

To mount your string line, pull the line into the small teeth on the StringALONG.

Put up and take down your sting lines as often as you would like throughout the job.

The height is always set!
