Hydraulic Paver Clamp Model HVZ-uni

A fully hydraulic clamp designed for installation of entire layers of paving stones at one time. Suitable for use as an attachment on various carriers such as excavators, loaders, truck-mounted cranes and other suitable equipment.  The HVZ Clamp consists of independent “main” (front-to-back) and “side” (left & right) hydraulic clamping.  The side clamping aligns the pavers and centers the clamp; the main clamping holds the entire layer securely with spring-loaded steel finger grippers.  The HVZ Clamp is versatile, rugged and reliable with 1,000's in use world-wide.

Erosion Control Block Installation with PaverMAX HVZ-Series Clamp

When not stitched together in large mats, erosion control blocks have typically been installed manually; one block at-a-time in a very labor intensive process. Recent projects however have utilized PAVE TECH's Probst PaverMAX HVZ-Series hydraulic clamp to grab an entire layer of loose blocks and set them in place. The results have been tremendous labor savings.

The HVZ clamp design is simple and strong for many years of dependable use with minimal maintenance requirements. The versatile design allows for optimal performance on all machine-laid pavers as well as many other products. Commercial paver contractors have installed many millions of square feet using the PaverMAX HVZ clamps.
