Special Fire Fighting Procedures: Fire Fighters must wear self contained breathing apparatus or air masks. Containers exposed to fire should be kept cool with water spray.
Unusual Fire and Explosive Hazards: Closed containers may explode due to build up of pressure when exposed to heat.
SECTION V - HEALTH HAZARD DATA
Effects of overexposure
Immediate Effects (Acute): Harmful if inhaled. May affect the brain, nervous system or respiratory system causing dizziness, headache, nausea, or respiratory irritation. Over exposure to ingredients in the product may cuase irritation or gastrointestinal tract, nose and throat irritation, eye irritation, or skin irritation.
Delayed Effects (Chronic): Possible sensitization. Possible birth defect hazards. Contains ingredients which may cause birth defects based on animal data. Notice: reports have associated repeated and prolonged occupational overexposure to solvents with permanent brain and nervous system damage. Intentional misuse by deliberately concentrating and inhaling the contents may be harmful or fatal. Contains ingredients which may cause liver damage, kidney damage, blood damage, or testicular effects. Medical conditions generally aggravated by exposure – any respiratory or skin condition.
First Aid procedures
Eye Contact: Flush immediately with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes and get medical attention.
Skin Contact: Wash thoroughly with soap and water
Clothing: Remove contaminated clothing and shoes. Wash clothing before reuse. Thoroughly clean contaminated shoes
Inhalation (Breathing): If affected by inhalation of vapor or spray mist, move to fresh air.
Swallowing: If swallowed, get medical attention immediately

SECTION VII - SPILL OR LEAK PROCEDURES
Release or Spill:
· Ventilate area. Avoid breathing of vapors. Use self-contained breathing apparatus or air mask for large spills in a confined area
· Eliminate ignition sources
· Remove with inert absorbent and non-sparking tools
· Avoid contact with eyes
Waste Disposal Method:
· Dispose in chemical disposal area or in a manner that complies with local, state, and federal regulations
· Do not incinerate closed containers
SECTION VIII - SPECIAL PROTECTION INFORMATION
Respiratory Protection: Unless air monitoring demonstrates vapor/mist levels above applicable limits, no respirator is required. If respirator is required, the appropriate, properly fitted respirator (NIOSH/MSHA approved) should be worn during application. Follow respirator manufacturer’s directions for respirator use.
Ventilation: Required when spraying or applying in confined area.
Protective Clothing: Avoid contact with eyes. Wear chemical goggles if there is the possibility of contact or splashing in the eye. Avoid prolonged or repeated contact with skin. Wear chemical resistant gloves and other clothing to keep exposure to a minimum. Cover arms and legs. Contact lenses should not be worn when working with chemicals because contact lenses may contribute to the severity of an eye injury in case of exposure
SECTION IX - SPECIAL PRECAUTIONS
Precautions to be taken in handling and storage: Keep away from heat, sparks and open flames. Keep container closed when not in use. Do not store above 120ºF (49ºC). Based on the product flash point and vapor pressure, suitable storage should be provided in accordance with OSHA regulation 1910.106 / Ontario OH&S regulation 851 section 22. Empty containers may contain product residue, including flammable or explosive vapors. Do not cut, puncture or weld on or near container. All label warnings must be observed until the container has been cleaned or reconditioned.
