What does this limited warranty cover?
The manufacturer of this product warrants the end-user (‘consumer’ or ‘you’) that the product (Gems and Ambiance by Paver Brights) is free of manufacture defects in material and workmanship; pursuant to the following terms and conditions. This limited warranty extends to the consumer of products purchased and used in the United States of America and Canada, when used in accordance with PAVE TECH instructions
How long is the limited warranty period?
The limited warranty period for the product extends 10 years from the date of purchase.
What is not covered by this limited warranty?
- Product that has been subject to misuse, shipping damages, improper installation, abnormal operation or handling, dropping, fire, shovels, snow plows or any direct impact; or
- Product that has been damaged due to repair, alteration, taken apart or otherwise modified by anyone other than an authorized service representative of PAVE TECH; or
- Product defect caused by use with non PAVE TECH recommended accessories; including transformer, connectors, improper outdoor gauge cable, wrong polarity; or
- Product returned without valid proof of purchase; or
- Cost for removal and/or re-installation
Warranty Exclusive to Gems by Paver Brights
- Brick (Red Clay) Gems by Paver Brights have a special coating and texture to resemble an actual clay brick. This coating and texture has the potential to wear under abrasive conditions. This special coating and texture is not covered by our warranty.
Warranty Exclusive to Ambiance by Paver Brights
- The LED bulbs are the only product/material that is covered under this limited warranty.
- Ambiance Glass Lens. Each unit is covered under warranty until the end-consumer has taken ownership. Once the product has been delivered to end-user, it is the end-users responsibility to inspect the entire unit before removing the security tape and/or removing unit from packaging. Make sure that there are no chips or cracks on the entire lens surface. Once this security tape has been tampered with and/or unit removed from packaging, ownership has been transferred to the end-user. PAVE TECH will not warrant any repairs or replacements to units that have any type of lens damage once transfer of ownership has taken place.
How do you get warranty service?
To obtain warranty service call 1-800-728-3832 for instructions regarding where to return the product and to receive a Return Authorization Number. Any products received without a proper Return Authorization Number will not be accepted.
Except as provided by applicable law, you assume the risk of loss or damage during transit and transportation and are responsible for delivery or handling charges incurred in the transport of product to the service location. PAVE TECH will return repaired or replaced product under this limited warranty including transportation, delivery and handling charges. PAVE TECH assumes no risk for damage or loss of product in transit.
If the product failure is not covered by this limited warranty, or if proof of purchase/return authorization number is not present, PAVE TECH will notify and request authorization for any costs of repairs/replacements. The consumer will be required to pay for the cost of repair/replacement along with any and all shipping costs that are incurred with those products that are not covered under the expressed limited warranty.
Other Limitations
This warranty is the complete and exclusive agreement between you and PAVE TECH. It supersedes all other written or oral communications related to Gems and Ambiance by Paver Brights. PAVE TECH provides no other warranties for any accessory products used in the installation. The warranty exclusively describes all of PAVE TECH’s responsibilities regarding the product. There are no other express warranties. No one is authorized to make modifications to this limited warranty and you should not rely on any such modification.
State Law Rights: This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
In no event will PAVE TECH be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or similar damages (including, but not limited to lost profits or revenue, reputation, inability to use the product, or other associated equipment, the cost of substitute equipment, and claims by third parties) resulting from the use of this product. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Instructions for Returning Product for Warranty Service
For prompt Warranty Service:
- Call PAVE TECH at 1-800-728-3832 for a Return Authorization Number. No return will be accepted without the Return Authorization Number for your specific warranty claim.

Include with the returned product:
- Valid proof of purchase (sales receipt) identifying the product(s) purchased, where the product was purchased, and the date of purchase
- A detailed description of the malfunction
- Your name, complete shipping address, email address, and telephone number
- Return Authorization Number on the outside of package being returned.
